How is it calculated?

  • Population and growth rate: TurkStat ABPRS 2025 table (31 December 2025; 2024–2025 annual growth, per mille).
  • Home sales: TurkStat house-sales district table (title-deed transactions). 2025/2022 = 2025 sales as a share of 2022; “sales per 1,000” = 2025 sales ÷ population × 1,000.
  • Food businesses: district table in the provincial agriculture directorate's 2025 activity report (registered businesses subject to inspection).

The tool shows no price, m² or rent and does not say “which district is better”; it only sets the official indicators side by side. Kumlu is absent from TurkStat's district table, so it has no sales data; Altınözü and Yayladağı are also unlisted in some years. The food-business count is only a rough signal of competitive density.
